Overview
We are seeking an accomplished proposal and people leader to lead our South American proposal's function. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who combines strong pursuit and proposal expertise with exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
As the Proposals Director - South America (PD-SA), you will provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and oversight of proposal activities across the region. You will play a critical role in shaping pursuit strategies, enhancing proposal capabilities, improving win performance, and developing high-performing teams that support Ausenco's growth objectives.
The PD-SA partners closely with business development, strategy, marketing, operations, and technical leadership teams to develop compelling and differentiated value propositions that position Ausenco for success. In addition, the PD-SA is responsible for building and leading high-performing proposal teams in Lima, Santiago, and Belo Horizonte through strategic recruitment, talent development, coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
