To take ownership and accountability for the delivery of an allocated project scope , ensuring that it is defined and delivered in accordance to the contracted requirements (such as scope, quality, time, cost) and in accordance to the key stakeholders objectives.
For a project (or study or bid) of smaller scale and complexity, this role may take overall ownership at the whole-of-project (head contract) level, whilst on a more complex project this role takes ownership of a sub- project work area. Large, complex projects are defined by the associated risk profile, budget, scope, key stakeholders and impact to the business.
