Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Estimating Intern to join our Minerals and Metals  Business line in the in Belo Horizonte office.

About the role:

• Support quotation requests, as well as the technical and commercial evaluation of proposals.
• Assist in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing cost and supplier data.
• Support the commercial evaluation process and internal controls of the discipline.
• Assist in preparing and updating cost estimates (CapEx and OpEx).
• Help prepare management reports and presentations.
• Monitor deadlines and internal controls within the department.
• Maintain communication with Engineering, Planning, and Procurement teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools in the area.

About you:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel (advanced level will be considered an advantage).
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Desirable: knowledge of Power BI and/or data analysis tools.
• Desirable: previous experience (even in academic projects) with cost estimation or procurement.
• Advanced English will be considered a strong asset.
