Our team in Chile is growing, we are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner  in the in Santiago office.

About the role 

• Provide expert HR guidance to line managers. Participate in weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides guidance and input to support the business growth on workforce planning as well as performance and talent management.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the P&P team to develop solutions and /or programs.
• The HRBP should mantain an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its projects and plans, its culture and its competition.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations when needed.

About you 

• Advanced English proficiency, mandatory requirement.
• Degree in Business/HR/Psychology or equivalent 
• 8 to 12 years of experience working
• Flexible and adaptable, a truly team player
• Ability to influence effectively and to communicate with all levels of business 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge and some experience with all HR subsystems
