Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte office.

About the role:

• Responsible for preparing engineering documents in the mechanical discipline;

• Verification and support in the development of mechanical layouts, conceptual, basic, and detailed designs;

• Development of technical activities for belt conveyor and boiler calculations;

• Participation in meetings to interface with suppliers and international consultants, applying technical solutions.

About you:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering;

• Experience in the development of large- and medium-scale Mining projects in 2D and 3D BIM;

• Knowledge of simulation software (FEM) and mechanical calculations;

• Experience in sizing bulk handling and transport equipment, as well as boiler calculations;

• Strong communication skills and articulate demeanor;

• English and Spanish are considered an asset.
