Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our Minerals and Metals Business line in the in São Miguel Paulista/SP.

About the role:

  • Supervise mechanical installations, maintenance activities, and repair work.
  • Ensure all mechanical operations comply with safety regulations and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and other project disciplines.
  • Monitor the progress and quality of mechanical works throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform inspections and support testing and commissioning procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and technical reports.

About you:

  • Solid experience in mechanical supervision within industrial or construction projects (minimum 10 years).
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, standards, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Minimum technical degree in General Mechanics or a related field.

Note on the nature of the contract:
This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance.
