The role may oversee:

  • Laydown areas and associated infrastructure.

About you

  • Minimum 15 years experience in civil construction supervision within mining, minerals, or heavy industrial projects.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering non-process infrastructure (NPI) works on remote resource sector projects.
  • Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, concrete, drainage, and infrastructure construction methodologies.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary site crews.
  • Ability to read and interpret IFC drawings and technical specifications.
  • Sound knowledge of construction QA/QC requirements and permit systems.
  • Proven commitment to safety leadership and incident prevention.
  • Relevant trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Civil Construction, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, high-performance project environments.
  • Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities.
