Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for an Electrical & Instrumentation Designer to join our team in our Perth office. 

About the role   

•  Provide 3D Electrical & Instrumentation design knowledge to the project team by modelling E&I equipment required to support the progress of related deliverables   

• Work independently to contribute to the physical design by incorporating equipment as a result of design guidance and oversight provided by other members of the design and engineering team   

• Deliver design drafting according to required project timeframes and standards by coordinating with project members, reviewing deliverables and preparing design and detail drawings in line with requirements    

• Maintain consistent design drafting standards across projects and devise practical and economical solutions to problems as they arise.       

•  A minimum of 5 years' experience in Electrical and Instrumentation design  

• Certificate IV or equivalent in Engineering is desirable 

• Proven experience in Electrical and Instrumentation design of mineral processing plants would be highly regarded   

• 3D Design experience is essential, knowledge of SmartPlant3D is highly desirable.
