Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Document Control Technician to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in São Paulo.
About the role:
Issue, review, register, and control technical documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards and the client’s contractual requirements.
Manage the entire technical documentation workflow, from creation through approval, distribution, revision, and archiving, maintaining full traceability.
Control versions, revisions, and change history, ensuring that only up-to-date documents are used by internal teams and the client.
Prepare, organize, and perform document submissions to the client in accordance with responsibility matrices, specifications, and project deadlines.
Monitor and respond to documentation requests received from the client, ensuring SLA compliance and integration with the responsible teams.
Register and manage document numbering in the DMS/GED system (SDx Hexagon) or other platforms used in the Project.
Keep the document library consistently organized, following internal coding and document control guidelines.
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, evidence, and reports when required.
Generate periodic reports on documentation status, indicators, pending items, and document flow performance for project coordination and management.

This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance.
