We’re seeking an EXPERIENCED PROJECT COORDINATOR (Asset Optimization) to support our Global Consulting team. This role will provide project coordination and support across the planning, evaluation, execution, and close-out of asset optimization initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring optimization initiatives are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and performance objectives.

About the Role

  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support.
  • Coordinate asset optimization projects, schedules, deliverables, action registers, risks, and project documentation.
  • Support asset performance assessments, optimization studies, reliability improvement initiatives, and maintenance optimization programs.
  • Collect, consolidate, and report operational, maintenance, reliability, and financial data to support decision making.
  • Maintain project schedules, controls, milestone tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, finance, contractors, and vendors.
  • Support risk management, issue tracking, technical coordination, procurement activities, and project close-out activities.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Mining, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • From 5 to 10 years of experience in project coordination, asset optimization, engineering, maintenance, reliability, operations, or related industrial environments.
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams within mining, minerals, metals, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with ERP, CMMS/EAM, Power BI, and project management systems is an asset.
  • Knowledge of asset management, reliability, and continuous improvement principles.

Salary range: $98,000 - $125,000

Salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
