Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer, Intermediate to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role:

The engineer will be responsible for leading and supporting projects in the Mineral Processing area. Responsibilities include equipment sizing, optimizing/defining process routes, evaluating metallurgical process data and laboratory test results, and reviewing discipline standards.

About you:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mining Engineering (focused on processing), mine planning, or drilling;

• Experience with precious and base metals;

• Experience with mining projects in the study, conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering phases;

• Experience with equipment sizing and process simulations (Bruno, JKSimMet, Metsim) is a strong plus;

• Knowledge of gold and copper commodities;

• Project knowledge;

• At least 5 years of experience in the field;

• Advanced English;

• Spanish will be considered a plus;

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
