  • Provide day-to-day support to the Project Manager as a trusted second-in-command, helping coordinate actions, interfaces and project delivery.

  • Experience delivering engineering projects within mining, minerals processing or heavy industry, with an understanding of the project lifecycle from studies through to delivery.
  • Experience in EPCM environments, with exposure to contractor management, package management, site execution and construction interfaces highly regarded.
  • Strong project coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, cost control, reporting and managing multidisciplinary deliverables with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build client relationships and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • A proactive, commercially aware approach, with the ability to assess issues, develop practical solutions and seek guidance with well-considered recommendations.
