The Opportunity
We are seeking an a proactive and solutions-focused HR Advisor to join the Ausenco Team in Perth. This is a true partnership role where you will move beyond compliance to help shape a high performing culture. Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders to drive engagement and performance.

You will join a collaborative and highly regarded People and Performance Team. We pride ourselves on being accessible, practical and commercial. You will have the autonomy to manage your own client group in Perth while enjoying the backing of a supportive senior business partner and broader national team that prioritises knowledge sharing, mentorship and professional development.
