Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Civil Supervisor to join our Minerals and Metals Business line in the in São Miguel Paulista/SP.

About the role:

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities with all subcontractors.
• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare accurate daily and weekly reports.
• Manage subcontractors and on‑site labor force to ensure productivity and discipline.
• Conduct regular site inspections and perform quality control checks.
• Resolve technical issues promptly and provide guidance to the construction team.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure proper use and control of materials, tools, and construction equipment. 

About you:

• Solid experience supervising civil construction projects in industrial environments (minimum 10 years).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Minimum technical degree in Civil Construction, Building Construction, or a related field.
