          We are currently looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team based in our South Bank office to support the ongoing business success and continued growth.  This position sits within our Project Execution & Delivery Team in the function of a Project Delivery Commercial Coordinator, reporting to the Manager of Contracts. You will play a critical role in monitoring and auditing commercial aspects across multiple projects, ensuring compliance and driving positive commercial outcomes.

          About the role

          • Overseeing and auditing project areas such as Contracts, Commercial, Legal, Administration, Proposals, Contract End Dates, and Payment Terms.
          • Managing Change Management processes and conducting Project Audits to ensure all changes are captured and monitored.
          • Driving cost savings through project changes and influencing commercially positive outcomes.
          • Conducting internal audits during IPRs to validate compliance and change tracking.
          • Building trust and collaboration across project teams and discipline leadership, demonstrating the value and impact of this function.
          • Working across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency and accuracy in commercial governance.

          About you 

          • Strong understanding of contract management, commercial compliance, and project governance.
          • Ability to manage and audit multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail.
          • Skilled in change management processes, cost tracking, and identifying opportunities for commercial improvement.
          • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and drive positive outcomes across diverse teams.
          • Analytical mindset with experience in auditing and reporting on commercial performance.
          • Familiarity with engineering or construction project environments and associated terminology.
          • Proactive, persuasive, and solutions-focused personality who thrives in a collaborative setting.
          • Experience with project management tools and systems is advantageous.
