Contract Administrator Senior

Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator Senior  to join our Minerals & Metals  Business line in the in Belo Horizonte office.

About the role: 

  • Develop, negotiate, and approve measurements;
  • Prepare meeting minutes and management reports;
  • Draft contracts and addendums;
  • Track supplier performance;
  • Control scope and manage contract changes;
  • Identify risks;
  • Resolve contractual disputes;
  • Coordinate with internal departments;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation;
  • Conduct inspections and audits;
  • Ensure compliance with requirements until the formalization of the contract termination term.

About you:

  • Experience in investment projects;
  • Experience in construction environments;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Knowledge of SAP;
  • Knowledge of project implementation methodologies;
  • Graduate Degree in Engineering, Administration, and Related Fields.
