Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Engineering Analyst (Focus on Piping) to join our Minerals & Metlas Business line in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role: 

  • Strategically plan process proposals and improvements to be implemented; 
  • Design and implement integrations between BIM systems and other systems defined within the process; 
  • Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEP) to be used throughout the project; 
  • Manage templates and standards to be applied to projects within the discipline; 
  • Configure environments, sheets, and templates for projects developed on BIM platforms;
  • Monitor the project daily through federated models, addressing potential deviations from established procedures; 
  • Support the necessary processes for conducting design review meetings (internal and external); 
  • Act as a knowledge multiplier through internal training sessions and development programs; 
  • Provide support to the engineering team, ensuring the correct use of systems and procedures; 
  • Coordinate solutions for issues related to BIM processes within projects; 
  • Support the IT team in implementing new BIM software versions and updates; 
  • Evaluate new software and technologies related to BIM processes, aiming to optimize existing workflows; 
  • Manage and oversee BIM libraries and/or materials and services databases related to the Piping discipline;
  • Interact with the Piping team, focusing on the continuous improvement of processes and systems used in project development.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Piping Engineering (completed or in progress); 
  • Experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects; 
  • Experience developing interoperability workflows between BIM systems; 
  • Experience with BIM-related activities in multidisciplinary projects; 
  • Solid knowledge of Piping design; 
  • Solid knowledge of Autodesk Plant 3D; 
  • Solid knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud and its collaboration modules; 
  • Basic knowledge of programming and databases is desirable; 
  • Basic knowledge of applied artificial intelligence will be considered a plus;
  • Proficient English Level
