We are seeking an Expeditor to join us in our Brisbane office, supporting our APAC Project Execution Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment across major projects. Working alongside project teams, suppliers and vendors, you will help drive performance and keep critical project schedules on track. Experience within mining and mineral processing projects will be highly regarded.

About the role 

• Monitor and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to track progress and resolve delays
• Provide regular reporting on order status, risks, and mitigation actions
• Support procurement and project teams with scheduling, logistics planning, and supplier performance
• Identify and escalate potential supply chain issues early to minimise project impact
• Maintain accurate records of expediting activities and communications
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across project execution and supply chain processes

About you 

• Proven experience in an expediting, procurement, or supply chain role within project environments
• Exposure to mining, minerals processing, or heavy industry projects (highly advantageous)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capability
• Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office tools
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on delivering results
