We are looking for a confident, personable and resourceful Front of House Coordinator to create an exceptional experience at our West Coast and Africa office, based in Perth. This is more than a traditional reception role: you will be a trusted, approachable presence who connects people, anticipates needs and helps our busy office run smoothly.

About the role

As our Front of House Coordinator, you will:

  • Be a welcoming, professional and engaging first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams, responding to requests with tact, confidence and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Take ownership of the front-of-house experience, ensuring meeting rooms and shared spaces are organised, welcoming and ready for use.
  • Manage incoming calls, enquiries, deliveries, couriers and mail efficiently and discreetly.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery and PPE, and help maintain a well-presented workplace.
  • Provide practical, light-touch coordination support to the travel and finance teams as needed.
  • Notice what needs doing, resolve day-to-day issues and know when to escalate matters.

About you

You'll bring:

  • Experience in a professional, client-facing or business support role, ideally within legal, corporate or professional services environments.
  • A natural ability to build rapport, establish trust and develop positive working relationships with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Confidence, emotional intelligence and sound judgement, with the ability to remain composed and adaptable when priorities shift.
  • A proactive, service-focused attitude, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills, a professional yet approachable manner and confidence using Microsoft Office and everyday business systems.

Above all, you're someone who enjoys being the go-to person, takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-organised environment, and understands that great service is built on genuine relationships.
