Our team in Brazil is growing, and we are currently recruiting for a Junior Planning Analyst to join our Global Consulting Business Line in the Belo Horizonte office.
About the role:
As a Junior Planning Analyst, you will support project planning and control activities, contributing to the successful delivery of engineering and consulting projects. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will help monitor project performance and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Support the development, update, and monitoring of project schedules and plans;
- Consolidate schedule, progress, and performance information to support project decision-making;
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and performance indicators;
- Support project cost control activities and monitor project results;
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and information;
- Contribute to the identification of risks, opportunities, and improvement actions;
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of planning and control processes;
- Utilize project management and data analysis tools to monitor project progress and deliverables.
About you:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field;
- Some experience or exposure to project planning, project controls, scheduling, or project management activities;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to organize information and manage priorities effectively;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Interest in project management, planning, and continuous improvement;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Advanced or fluent English and/or Spanish;
- Knowledge of Power BI, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools will be considered an asset.
