Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Planning Engineer (Intermediate) to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte office.

About the role:

• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating the implementation schedule;
• Previous experience in project planning, preferably with implementation schedules;
• Integrate the implementation schedule with the overall project schedule;
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports;
• Update the schedule on a daily basis;
• Act as the interface with the various project disciplines;
• Prepare and populate the database and generate reports as requested by the project team;
• Generate and maintain the Pending Items List.

About you: 

• Knowledge of planning tools, especially Primavera P6 and MS Project;
  Previous experience in project planning as a Planning Engineer;
• User-level knowledge of databases;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools;
• Strong interpersonal skills and articulate communication;
• Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments where quality and delivery deadlines are critical to customer satisfaction;
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the project, from clients to internal teams.
