Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Control and Automation Engineer to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role:

• Provide technical leadership for conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering projects in the disciplines of automation, instrumentation, and telecommunications, offering guidelines and directions to designers.
• Review engineering documents in relevant disciplines, prepare proposals, track and control project costs, and perform technical analysis of supplier proposals and drawings.
• Specify instruments and automation and telecommunication equipment.
• Collaborate across disciplines, liaise with project managers and clients, and provide technical assistance on-site.

About you:

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering.
• Experience in engineering projects in the mining sector.
• Proficiency with control systems (DCS/PLC and SCADA).
• Experience with industrial instrumentation in the mining sector.
• Desirable: Experience in project implementations.
• Desirable: Specialization in telecommunications.
• Desirable: Experience with 3D modeling.
• Advanced English level.
• Intermediate Spanish (desirable).
