We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Site Services Coordinator to join our team. The Senior Site Services Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery, and continuous management of all site support services required to enable the safe and efficient execution of large-scale mining and minerals EPCM projects. This role ensures that all site services—including accommodation, catering, transport, security, cleaning, waste management, medical services, utilities, communications, and facilities maintenance—are delivered in accordance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and client expectations.

Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Director, Construction Management Team, HSE, Logistics, Procurement, Camp Operators, and third-party service providers, the Senior Site Services Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, functional, and productive working environment for the project workforce.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience supporting remote FIFO mining projects and coordinating multiple service providers in complex EPCM construction environments.

About the role

• Coordinate the delivery and day-to-day management of all site support services required for project execution.
• Ensure site services are maintained at the required standard throughout all phases of the project.
• Monitor service provider performance against contractual requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate site service priorities to support construction and commissioning activities.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Ensure all services support project productivity while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Coordinate maintenance of:

• Site offices
• Administration buildings
• Meeting rooms
• Warehouses
• Workshops
• Ablution facilities
• Lunchrooms
• Medical facilities
• Security buildings
• Recreation facilities
• Parking areas

Ensure facilities remain operational and fit for purpose.

Coordinate operational support for:

• Potable water
• Wastewater systems
• Power supply
• Temporary utilities
• Communications
• Internet services
• Telephone systems
• Fuel supply
• Waste collection
• Sewage treatment
• Fire protection systems

Monitor service reliability and coordinate corrective actions where required.

Coordinate:

• Office cleaning
• Camp cleaning
• Industrial cleaning

• Waste segregation
• Recycling programs
• Hazardous waste disposal
• Environmental housekeeping

Ensure environmental compliance throughout the project.

Coordinate:

• On-site medical providers
• Emergency response facilities
• First aid equipment
• Medical supplies
• Ambulance services
• Medical evacuations (when required)
• Emergency preparedness support

Work closely with the HSE team during emergency response activities.

• Coordinate multiple site service contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance.
• Review contractor KPIs.
• Verify service delivery.
• Coordinate corrective actions.
• Participate in contractor performance reviews.
• Assist with procurement of additional services when required.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met.

Support Procurement and Contracts teams by:

• Forecasting service requirements.
• Coordinating purchase requests.
• Reviewing contractor scopes.
• Monitoring service contracts.
• Supporting contract variations.
• Assisting with invoice verification.

• Monitoring expenditure against approved budgets.

Work closely with Construction Management to ensure site services adequately support:

• Workforce growth

• Promote a positive safety culture.
• Ensure contractors comply with project HSE requirements.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Hospitality Management, Project Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

• Minimum 8–10 years' experience in site services, facilities management, logistics, or project support within the mining and minerals industry.
• Minimum 5 years supporting large EPCM mining projects.
• Experience working on remote FIFO construction sites.
• Experience coordinating camp operations and accommodation services.
• Experience managing multiple service providers.
• Experience supporting projects through construction and commissioning.

• Strong understanding of contractor management.

• Experience supporting projects exceeding CAD $500 million.
• Experience in remote or cold-climate mining operations.
• Experience with owner-operated camps.
• Experience supporting operational readiness and handover.

• Experience with Indigenous engagement requirements (where applicable).

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Salary range: $80,000 - $125,000 annually
