Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Asset Optimization Consultant, Intermediate to join our Global Consulting  Business line in the Belo Horizonte office.

About the role:

• Structure and implement the Asset Management System (AMS), aligned with ISO 55001 and industry best practices
• Develop and consolidate asset management governance, including policies, standards, processes, and the operating model
• Define, integrate, and standardize key asset management disciplines
• Develop performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and executive reports to support decision-making
• Ensure integration across operations, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain, promoting consistency and standardized processes
• Act as the interface with the client at coordination and management levels, leading technical and executive alignments
• Perform hands-on activities in building, organizing, and consolidating project deliverables

About you :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
• Solid knowledge of ISO 55001 requirements (Asset Management), with desirable certification as an ISO 55001:2024 auditor
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or related areas
• Experience in medium- to large-scale industrial projects, especially related to the implementation of asset or quality management systems
• CAMA (Certified Asset Management Assessor) certification or similar is desirable
• Intermediate English for reading and preparing technical materials
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
• MS Project or equivalent planning and monitoring tools
• Experience with data management and information structuring tools (e.g., data governance, master data)
