Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for an Asset Optimization Consultant, Coordinator to join our Global Consulting Business line in the Belo Horizonte office.

About the role:

• Responsible for delivering asset management consulting services, acting in accordance with client demands and requests, with a focus on optimizing asset performance, improving processes, analyzing key performance indicators, supporting decision-making, and ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Postgraduate specialization in Asset Management, Maintenance, Reliability, or related areas.
• Experience preparing technical lists, registering materials, and creating maintenance plans in SAP.
• Development of maintenance tactics in Orien, including material registration.
• Proven experience with RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) and RAM (Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability) analyses.
• Strong knowledge of SAP master data, Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of Reliability Engineering techniques.
• Experience with Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM), reliability, asset integrity, and innovation initiatives.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
