Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for an Assurance Advisor, Intermediate to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.
About the role:
- Execute and monitor the initiation, monitoring, and closure phases of projects, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
- Conduct audits of engineering deliverables, verifying conformity with standards, norms, and procedures.
- Lead internal audits and support/participate in external audits.
- Apply customer expectation and satisfaction surveys, consolidate results, and propose improvement actions.
- Monitor quality performance indicators within projects.
- Prepare, implement, and track quality plans and documentation in accordance with internal standards and guidelines.
- Track and update records of nonconformities, corrective actions, preventive actions, improvement opportunities, and project risks.
- Plan and conduct trainings and awareness initiatives to disseminate and ensure proper application of procedures by the teams.
- Prepare, review, and manage QMS documents (procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality plans).
- Perform other activities related to the Quality Management System as needed.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of experience in quality-related roles, with familiarity in project routines within Engineering companies.
- Knowledge of Quality Management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Analytical profile.

- Proficient English Level.
