Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for an Engineer, Trainee to support our Project Execution area in the Belo Horizonte office, within our Minerals and Metals Business line.

About the role:

  • Support Project Execution processes, contributing to the organization and efficiency of project deliverables.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring clarity, consistency, and competitiveness.
  • Develop Project Execution Plans (PEPs), defining guidelines and execution strategies.
  • Analyze histograms and organizational charts to support resource planning and team structuring.
  • Contribute to constructability strategies, aiming to optimize schedule, cost, and construction methods.
  • Support alignment and integration between technical and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in identifying risks and opportunities during planning and execution phases.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields).
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary environments, acting as an interface between Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Clients.
  • Good understanding of project execution, planning, and engineering fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data such as histograms, schedules, and organizational structures.
  • English Advacend proficiency.
