Our team in Canada is growing. We are recruiting an Experienced 3D Civil Designer to join the Industrial & Infrastructure Team at our Burlington Office.

About the role

• Prepare 3D civil / earthwork model and 2D civil drawings (profiles sections, details) for industrial projects. Specific tasks include site plan, grading and bulk earthwork, drainage, roads, sewage collection, water distribution, and stormwater management.
• Assist with redlines/revisions for in-progress and completed designs.
• Interface with other disciplines (Structural, process, layout, mechanical, piping, electrical) to ensure civil drawings incorporated other discipline requirements.
• Liaise with engineers for direction, specifications and feedback
• Maintain consistent design drafting standards across projects by communicating expectations and holding project members to account for standards.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, agencies and sub-consultants to facilitate/expedite design completion.

About you

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Design and Drafting Technology from a recognized collage.
• 2 - 5 years experience in civil design and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting is a must. 
• Proficiency in Civil 3D modeling and design is a must. 
• Experience in municipal design, construction/contract administration is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of multi-functional project teams is a must
• Structural, architectural design experience will be an asset.

Salary range: $66,000 to $78,000

Expected Salary: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
