Financial Assistant

Our team in Administrative/Financial is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Financial Assistant to join our Support Aerea in the Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role: 

  • Assist in the preparation, processing, and monitoring of invoices, payments, and reimbursements;
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date;
  • Input and maintain financial data in accounting or ERP systems;
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy;
  • Monitor and categorize expenses for monthly reporting;
  • Provide support during audits by organizing necessary financial documentation;
  • Interact with suppliers, clients, or stakeholders regarding invoices, payments, or financial inquiries;
  • Respond to internal team inquiries about financial policies and procedures;
  • Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions to resolve transaction-related issues;
  • Ensure financial activities comply with company policies and local regulations;
  • Assist in the implementation of new financial protocols or tools as needed by the organization;
  • Help with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings for the finance team;
  • Organize and maintain financial department records, both physical and digital;
  • Manage petty cash funds, if applicable;
  • Support senior finance team members, such as compiling data for special projects;
  • Assist in preparing financial presentations or documentation for stakeholders.

About you: 

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
  • Previous experience with financial routine activities;
  • Knowledge of financial processes;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Knowledge of Oracle will be considered an advantage.
