We are seeking a professional and self‑motivated Front of House Coordinator to be the face and voice of Ausenco at our Global Headquarters in South Bank. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, you will play a critical role in shaping the experience of everyone who walks through our door.

This full‑time, permanent role is ideal for a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You’ll join our professional and collaborative Travel & Office Administration team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Travel & Office Administration. An immediate start is available.

About the role

As our Front of House Coordinator, you will:

  • Create a warm, professional, and engaging first impression for all clients and visitors
  • Manage the main switchboard and respond to incoming calls and enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team and wider business
  • Coordinate couriers, incoming deliveries, and mail services
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery, PPE and ensure areas remain clean, organised, and well‑presented
  • Oversee meeting room cleanliness, setup, and readiness for business use
  • Assist the travel team with coordinating travel bookings for Ausenco personnel
  • Act as the go‑to point for general office coordination enquiries and support across the organisation


About you

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in corporate reception, front‑of‑house, or high‑end hospitality administration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
  • Professionally minded and presented with a strong customer focused communication style (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion
  • A natural ability to build relationships across all levels and cultures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience coaching or mentoring other administrators (highly regarded but not essential)
  • A proactive attitude and genuine enjoyment working with people
