Formal Education and Qualifications – Essential qualifications and/or education
Profesional titulado de Ingeniería civil estructural, mecánica, hidráulica o ramas afines
Certificación PMP or similar
Competent English level
Skills and Knowledge – Level of skills and knowledge areas needed to operate competently in role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-aware
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver a defined scope of services or scope of works
• A planner, looks ahead over each project phase and anticipates challenges on weekly and monthly timeframes
• Professional and committed approach, can operate without detailed supervision
• Competent to specify and interrogate basic plans and reports for cost and schedule control
• Holds or acquires detailed knowledge of relevant company standards and procedures
• Applies basic front-end loading principles and gated project delivery processes.
Work Experience – Detail work experience background, preferred or required.
• Previous experience and sound discipline knowledge as a field engineer, controls engineer, contracts engineer or discipline engineer on complex / heavy process industry projects
