Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Minerals and Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte office.

About the role:

• Responsible for managing projects and studies with respect to scope, cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Monitor the issuance and updates of schedules, measurements, and ensure proper billing for services performed.
• Contribute to the development of technical and commercial proposals.
• Stay up to date with best practices and technologies applicable to your field of expertise, acting as a knowledge multiplier for other team members.

About you:

• +10 years’ minimum experience in a similar role with past responsibility for operations/project management in a complex department/division/organization.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management or related fields will be considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management best practices.
• Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments, where quality and delivery deadlines are essential to client satisfaction.
• Experience in engineering design firms, particularly with involvement in studies.
• Team leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all project stakeholders, from clients to internal teams.
• Advanced English Level (Spanish is desirable).
