Based in South Bank Brisbane or Perth CBD office, you’ll join an energised global proposals team, collaborating with colleagues across continents to deliver standout submissions. As Proposals Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting regional leaders by helping our Proposals Team turn complex engineering strategies into clear, compliant and professional submissions—showcasing Ausenco’s commitment to ingenious solutions and outstanding results for our clients.

About the role 

• Preparation, formatting and compiling of proposals/tenders, expressions of interest, presentations, and relevant documents. 
• Develop plans and manage internal stakeholder involvement to ensure adherence to submission deadlines.
• Ensure comprehensive approach to all bids coordinating use of stakeholder input, additional research and relevant Ausenco content. 
• Partner with the business development and client facing staff on presentation development and scripting. 
• Maintain CRM pipeline data with precision and regularly export reports for business review.
• Foster process for recovering feedback on wins/loses for continuous improvement. 

About you 

• Demonstrated experience in the bids/proposals environment. 
• Experience within engineering services or consultancy environment preferred   
• Industry experience in the Mining, Construction or heavy industrial environment highly regarded 
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, CRM and SharePoint is highly regarded.
