Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Quality Analyst to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role:

• Develop and review flowcharts, quality procedures, work instructions, templates, and record forms.
• Support internal areas and processes in the creation and application of procedures and work instructions, clarifying Quality Management System requirements.
• Plan and conduct process verifications and quality audits.
• Record and assess process deviations, nonconformities, corrective and improvement actions, monitor the implementation of these actions, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Prepare, control, and record Technical Responsibility Annotations (ART) with CREA.
• Manage technical standards and client specifications.

About you:

• Technical degree in areas related to Engineering, Quality, and/or Administration.
• Experience in implementing, maintaining, and/or certifying Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards related to ISO 9001.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong writing skills in Portuguese.
• Interpersonal skills and systemic vision.
• Basic proficiency in English or Spanish.
