Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Administrative Analyst, Senior  to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in São Miguel Paulista- SP.

Act in the administrative and analytical support of the HSE department, focusing on the organization, consolidation, and management of data, ensuring the accurate and timely input into the ERP system, as well as the standardization of information, reports, and indicators, supporting leadership decision-making.

About the role :

  • Organize, control, and keep the HSE department’s databases up to date.
  • Input, verify, and ensure data consistency in the ERP system (Velocity), guaranteeing the integrity and traceability of information.
  • Prepare and update spreadsheets, management reports, and dashboards with operational and administrative indicators.
  • Support the structuring of the department’s administrative routines (process flows, controls, records, and files).
  • Assist in managing legal documents, records, evidence, and internal HSE controls.
  • Act as the administrative interface between HSE and other departments (HR, Operations, Finance, IT).
  • Support basic data analysis and consolidation of information for leadership presentations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and information management within the department.

About you:

  • Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • PowerPoint (executive presentations)
  • Word (document standardization)
  • Power BI (desirable)
  • Experience with or aptitude for ERP systems (familiarity with Velocity is desirable)
  • Strong organizational, control, and data management skills

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience with administrative routines in technical or industrial environments
  • Basic knowledge of HSE 

Note on the nature of the contract:
This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance
