Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for an Asset Management Consultant, Senior to join our Global Consulting Business line in the Belo Horizonte office.

About the role 

  • Lead Reliability Engineering and Asset Management projects.
  • Conduct Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies.
  • Apply methodologies such as FMEA / FMECA and RCFA / RCA (Root Cause Failure/Root Cause Analysis).
  • Develop RAM analyses (Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability).
  • Perform statistical failure modeling using Weibull Analysis.
  • Apply Life Data Analysis (LDA) to estimate asset lifetime and failure patterns.
  • Conduct Life Cycle Cost (LCC) studies for economic optimization of assets.
  • Execute Asset Criticality Analysis (ACA).
  • Apply Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Event Tree Analysis (ETA).
  • Develop risk matrices and asset prioritization models.
  • Implement performance indicators and dashboards (MTBF, MTTR, MTTF, OEE, Physical Availability, Operational Reliability).
  • Conduct technical workshops and specialized training sessions.
  • Prepare executive reports with technical and financial recommendations.

About you 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial/Production or related fields).
  • Solid experience in reliability engineering applied to industrial assets.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools applied to reliability (Weibull analysis, Life Data Analysis, failure modeling).
  • Experience in technical and economic feasibility studies (Life Cycle Cost – LCC).
  • Experience with asset management aligned with ISO 55000 standards.
  • Experience with reliability software tools (Reliasoft, Minitab, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking, and executive-level communication abilities.
  • Availability for travel.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Active listening, team-oriented, and willing to share knowledge.
  • Work Style: Hands-on, dynamic, and proactive.
  • Cross-functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of multidisciplinary environments.
