Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Asset Optimization Consultant ISO 55.001 (Rio Grande do Sul) to join our Global Consulting Business line in the in Guaíba - RS.

About the role:

  • Conduct diagnostic surveys in the field with the client to understand their issues in their full scope.
  • Analyze equipment criticality using a risk matrix based on the consequences of failures and their probability, considering their impact on safety, environment, production, and maintenance costs.
  • Analyze the equipment failure history to apply modeling techniques and characterize its behavior over time.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate the impact of operational losses of high-criticality equipment to the business on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
  • Organize and facilitate regular strategy review meetings, applying RCM, to develop and optimize maintenance guidelines for critical project teams.
  • Assist planners and superintendents in implementing actions based on the previously conducted diagnosis.
  • Keep the client database updated with relevant information for each project phase.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of maintenance programs to reduce losses.
  • Help planners ensure that all high-criticality equipment is properly coded, with the material lists in the maintenance management system throughout the project.
  • Contribute to the efficient analysis and development of project processes with your knowledge.
  • Apply a business perspective during project development, balancing client expectations with project profitability goals.
  • Ensure that the client's needs and concerns are fully understood, known, and addressed.
  • Maintain the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the roles.

About you:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
  • Knowledge of maintenance engineering techniques such as RCM and RCA.
  • Knowledge of ISO 55.0001.
  • Knowledge of operation and maintenance of aluminum processing equipment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Technical English.
  • Post-graduate degree in processes, industrial engineering, asset management, or reliability is a plus.
