Our team in Brazil is continuously growing, and we are building a Talent Pool for Asset Optimization professionals. This initiative aims to connect with professionals who are interested in being considered for current and future opportunities within our business.

About the opportunity:

As part of our Asset Optimization team, you may be involved in delivering consulting services across asset management, maintenance, reliability, integrity, and operational readiness.

Depending on your experience and specialization, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting or leading asset management and maintenance optimization initiatives;
  • Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, including RCM and RAM analyses;
  • Performing reliability analysis, failure diagnostics, and performance improvement initiatives;
  • Creating and managing maintenance plans, technical lists, and master data within systems such as SAP;
  • Supporting structural integrity assessments and technical reporting;
  • Contributing to operational readiness activities across project phases;
  • Interfacing with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure alignment and delivery excellence;
  • Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for value creation.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production or related fields);
  • Experience in asset management, maintenance, reliability, or integrity within industrial or mining environments;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with technical data;
  • Experience with tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office;
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Intermediate or advanced English level.

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in:

  • Asset management, maintenance and reliability (PCM, RCM, RAM, SAP);
  • Reliability engineering, including failure analysis and performance optimization;
  • Structural integrity and inspection, including familiarity with industry standards;
  • Operational readiness, commissioning, and project lifecycle support;
  • Data analysis and continuous improvement using tools such as Power BI
