Our team in Canada is growing. We are currently recruiting for a Scheduler to join our Minerals and Metals business in Vancouver or Calgary.

This role is a great chance to grow and build your skills in planning while working on exciting projects. You'll get hands-on experience with scheduling, execution, tracking, and making a real impact on the team's success.

About the Role

• Establish project schedule utilizing standard Ausenco systems, by creating the work breakdown structure, disciplines and tasks
• Assist in the change management process to track and control project adjustments effectively.
• Implement and lead the tracking and updating effort on projects
• Continually monitor and update project schedule and forecasts by engaging with project teams to make sure that forecasts accurately reflect the current scope and schedule.
• Prepare detailed reports for managers, providing clear insights into project progress and indexes.

About You 

• Previous experience in project controls, specifically in scheduling
• Previous experience in mining, construction or engineering is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field is an asset
• Significant technical knowledge and practical experience with applicable software systems: Primavera P6, Oracle, and related Management tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually

Expected Salary: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
