As a result of a growing pipeline of awarded work, are currently recruiting for a Senior Civil Designer to join our Brisbane team.

About the Role

• Develop earthwork design solutions that meet client specifications and project requirements.
• Ensure all design outputs and documentation are accurate, complete, and aligned with project standards.
• Uphold consistent drafting practices by adhering to Ausenco’s design and documentation standards across all projects.
• Provide technical expertise and support to team members within the discipline.
• Mentor and assist graduate engineers and designers to foster their professional growth.

About You

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Earthworks, Roadworks, and Drainage design within industries such as mining, mineral processing, materials handling, or heavy industrial.
• Advanced Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Proven expertise in Civil 3D, 12D, and AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
