As a result of a growing pipeline of awarded work, are currently recruiting for a Senior Civil Designer to join our Brisbane team.
About the Role
Develop earthwork design solutions that meet client specifications and project requirements.
Ensure all design outputs and documentation are accurate, complete, and aligned with project standards.
Uphold consistent drafting practices by adhering to Ausenco’s design and documentation standards across all projects.
Provide technical expertise and support to team members within the discipline.
Mentor and assist graduate engineers and designers to foster their professional growth.
About You
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Earthworks, Roadworks, and Drainage design within industries such as mining, mineral processing, materials handling, or heavy industrial.
Advanced Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification is desirable.
Proven expertise in Civil 3D, 12D, and AutoCAD is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
