We are currently looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Perth. This role has been created as a result of a growing pipeline of awarded international minerals projects in diverse commodities including Gold, Uranium, Rare Earths and more

The successful candidate will have the right client and team focus, as well as a commitment to and enthusiasm for continuous improvement. 

 

About the role

  • Manage the overall administration of the project head contract including commercial review, and negotiations.
  • Manage the overall administration of subcontract packages, including their review, negotiation, and finalization.
  • Provide expert assistance in the establishment and setup of project procurement and contract packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organisational standards.
  • Coordinate and expedite project procurement and contracts package market engagements and quotation requests.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and the achievement of project objectives.
  • Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring all terms are favorable and aligned with project goals.
  • Administer contracts promptly and efficiently to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
  • Track and manage project package expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in an EPCM environment with a strong focus on contracts management.
  • Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant experience in procurement and contracts administration, showcasing a solid understanding of contract processes.
  • Exceptional reporting and presentation skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interactions with team members and clients.
