Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Mineral & Metals Business line in the in Belo Horizonte - MG office.

About the role:

  • Supervise and prepare engineering documents in the mechanical discipline;
  • Review and support the development of mechanical layouts, conceptual, basic, and detailed designs;
  • Supervise and manage the resources required for project development, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met;
  • Attend meetings to interface between disciplines and international consultants, applying technical solutions;
  • Support economic engineering, procurement, and project implementation teams.

About you:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience;
  • Experience in developing large- and medium-scale Mining projects in 2D and 3D BIM;
  • Practical experience in project implementation, construction, and assembly;
  • Knowledge of bulk material handling and transport equipment sizing, as well as boiler calculations;
  • Strong communication skills and articulate demeanor;
  • Advanced English;
  • Intermediate Spanish;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD / Volo View / Plant 3D.
