We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our growing team for a four-month contract. This role is critical in supporting a high volume of hiring and onboarding during a peak recruitment period.  Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Post job openings across job boards, career page, and LinkedIn in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Support the hiring process by phone screening candidates for entry-level and early-career roles, helping identify strong potential and cultural fit.
  • Perform reference checks and document key insights clearly and professionally to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Conduct online research, including Google and social media screening, in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (PageUp).
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support the coordination of onboarding activities.
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating training sessions and New Professional Program activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from candidate to new hire.
  • Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and recruitment best practices.

About You

  • 6+ months of experience in a recruitment, HR, or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and PageUp a strong asset.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Willingness to work between Vancouver and Burnaby locations as needed.

Hourly rate: $26 – 28 per hour
