Why do we have a Talent Pool for people with disabilities?

Our Talent Pool for People with Disabilities was created to connect talented individuals to various areas of Ausenco. Regardless of your background or experience, we want to learn about your skills and understand how we can grow together.
We are looking for people for different positions, including technical, administrative, and strategic roles, and for various educational levels such as high school, technical, or higher education.

How does the talent pool work?
When a position opens, we will reach out to individuals in our talent pool who match the profile of the vacancy.
If you are not a person with a disability, you can apply for open positions on our careers page.
All individuals with disabilities can apply to the talent pool and for all our vacancies. When a new position opens, we will evaluate the resumes in the pool and contact those whose profiles match the job requirements.
Ausenco Brazil is located in Belo Horizonte/MG, so most of the vacancies will be for this location. However, some business lines offer remote work formats.
