We are currently recruiting for a Team Lead, Project Services to join our team in Newcastle.

About the role

  • Deliver projects/sub-projects in line with scope, budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including risks, issues, and resources
  • Maintain clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate resources to meet project objectives
  • Enable timely decision-making across teams and locations
  • Liaise across site, satellite, and home office teams to ensure alignment
  • Review and reconcile discipline reports for accuracy and consistency
  • Track project performance vs plan and deliver clear, accurate reporting
  • Manage scope changes, trends, and the change control process (cost, time, quantity)
  • Define scopes of services/work and drive continuous improvement through processes, frameworks, and lessons learned

 

 

About you

  • Eligible for MIEAust and AIPM CPPP (or working towards)
  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and self-awareness
  • Proven ability to own and deliver defined scopes of work with minimal supervision
  • Forward-thinking planner who anticipates risks and challenges across project phases
  • Competent in reviewing plans, reports, and applying cost and schedule controls
  • Relevant experience in engineering roles on complex/heavy industry projects, with strong knowledge of standards, processes, and project delivery frameworks
