Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in São Paulo.

About the role:

. Supervise electrical and instrumentation works on-site

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards

· Coordinate the works with other disciplines coordinators and subcontractors

· Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings

· Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of tasks

· Conduct inspections and support testing and commissioning

· Maintain accurate documentation and daily reports

About you:

. Minimum technical degree in Electrical and Instrumentation

· Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation supervision on construction or industrial sites (minimum 10 years)

· Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels and field instruments

· Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NR-10)

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Leadership and team coordination skills

Note on the nature of the contract:
This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional’s performance
