About the role

 

  • Successfully lead projects with a focus on fostering excellent client relationships.
  • Develop, design, communicate, and implement Asset Management strategies, business processes, KPIs, and systems.
  • Application of Reliability Engineering processes and principles.
  • Lead, plan, execute and review major plant maintenance or operations initiatives.
  • Participate in asset management audits and debottlenecking studies.
  • Develop and communicate Asset Management based business cases and value propositions.
  • Take on the responsibilities of Project Manager supervising other consultants.
  • Provide consultancy services to the designated clients in line with skills and competencies outlined above.
  • ​​​​​Deliver consulting services to our client’s sites. Flexibility to travel to the client site is required.

 

About you

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, mining, oil & gas or pulp & paper industry, at sites or companies recognized for asset management best practices.
  • Experience as an Asset Management, Maintenance, or Reliability Engineer.
  • Background in planning/ scheduling, supervisor, or management roles in either operations or maintenance is a strong plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with EAM/ CMMS/ or ERP integration is a strong plus.
  • Experience in facilitation of defect elimination programs, including: RCFA, FMECA and RCM methodologies.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of standards such as ISO 55000 or PAS 55.
  • Experience in building asset maintenance strategies using RCM principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated competency in training, coaching, and auditing.
  • High level interpersonal skills together with effective communication skills.
