IT Administrator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Our team in Mexico is growing; we are currently recruiting an IT Administrator (Bilingual – English/Spanish) to join us in the Mexico, Hermosillo office.

About the role

  • Administer and resolve Level 1 & 2 IT incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
  • Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Support collaboration tools (M365: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Manage user access to corporate systems and resources (e.g., enterprise storage systems, licensing, applications)
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes: configure user accounts, prepare IT equipment, and ensure proper asset tracking
  • Create training materials and deliver basic user training.
  • Respond to IT security alerts and assist with remediation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, delivery, and support of IT-related equipment and services
  • Provide support for telecommunications systems, including video conferencing, phones, mobile devices, and user orientations
  • Document resolution efforts, time logs, and maintain clear records of support activities. Contribute to knowledge base
  • Assist with IT infrastructure projects (network/server/storage)
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software problems using systematic root cause analysis

About you

You are a proven business partner looking for your next challenge and can offer the following skills and experience: 

  • Associate degree or Technical Certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience using a ticketing system for issue resolution
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 Enterprise environments
  • Experience with installation and maintenance of IT hardware and peripherals
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
  •  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  •  Customer-focused mindset with proven troubleshooting abilities
