Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Legal Intern to join our Legal team in the in Belo Horizonte-MG office.

About the role:

• Legal research;
• Review of standard templates and drafts;
• Support in contract and amendment management;
• Document analysis;
• Client service and support;
• File and document organization;
• Compliance with deadlines;
• Legal updates and continuous learning;
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

About you:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Law degree (from the 4th semester onwards);
• Good understanding of Corporate Law, especially contracts, civil liability, and corporate structure;
• Ability to read and analyze contractual drafts;
• Experience or interest in supporting the management and organization of legal documents;
• Practical legal research skills (legislation, case law, and administrative precedents);
• Strong written communication and organizational skills;
• Basic knowledge of compliance and corporate governance;
• Intermediate level of English.
