We are expanding as a result of a growing portfolio of awarded work. As a result, we’re seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join our Perth Team to help deliver our volume of projects across the African continent and WA.

This exciting role is a great opportunity to apply further your administration skills and broaden your portfolio of experience through the engineering sector.

 

About the role 

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and project support, including but not limited to:

  • Providing general administrative and project support
  • Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Managing diaries, preparing meeting minutes and supporting presentations
  • Maintaining organisational charts and project documentation
  • Chasing information, closing loops and keeping projects moving
  • Supporting multiple projects at different stages of delivery
  • Raising purchase orders and assisting with invoice reconciliation
  • Assisting project teams with site inductions and ensuring all personnel meet mobilisation requirements
  • Applying a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with advanced MS Office skills, to support project managers in compiling, reviewing and formatting project documents in line with company branding and standards
  • Overseeing filing systems, records management and office supplies
  • Performing general operational duties as required
  • Assisting with organising events and catering when required
  • Providing cover for Reception and Executive Assistants as required
  • Undertaking other administrative duties as needed

 

About you 

  • Demonstrated experience in a high-level office administration role
  • Advanced computer literacy across word processing, spreadsheets, databases and desktop publishing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and project management systems
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities without compromising attention to detail
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to work professionally and confidentially at all times
