We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join us in South Bank, South Brisbane.

This role will be an integral part of our Project Execution Team, providing leadership across contract management activities for our APAC and Africa project portfolio. You will lead the Contracts Administration function, partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure proactive commercial support, robust governance, and successful project outcomes. Former site-based experience is advantageous but not essential—what matters most is your ability to hit the ground running, applying your commercial insight to support timely and informed decision-making.

 

About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Provide specialist support for the set-up, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts.
  • Support project teams to achieve contractual obligations and desired project objectives.
  • Lead the administration of project and subcontract agreements in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Oversee general administration of subcontract packages, including review, negotiation, and finalisation.
  • Manage the implementation of new contract processes and system upgrades across project structures, including communication and training.
  • Track and manage project expenditure, ensuring cost visibility and accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen commercial frameworks and project delivery performance.
  • Manage team of Contract Administrators across multiple execution projects

 

About you

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience within an EPCM environment, specialising in contracts management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Broad experience in contracts administration and commercial support.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to administration and documentation.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
